1. Acceptance

By using SkillPlexAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Digital Products

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a skill has been downloaded. If a skill is materially different from its description, contact support within 7 days for a resolution.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their listed skills. You may not list skills that infringe on copyrights, contain malicious code, or violate any applicable laws.

4. Revenue Share

Creators receive 80% of each sale. SkillPlexAI retains 20% as a platform fee to cover payment processing, hosting, and support. Payouts are processed on a rolling basis.

5. License

When you purchase a skill, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased skills.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
